Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: Please pay for services by the Sunday before the week of service. Accepted methods of payment are cash, check or VenMo.
Schedule Requests: Please make service requests via private chat in our app by Monday night of week before service. The schedule will be sent out by Saturday before the week of service. Additional requests or changes made within 24 hours of service are subject to an additional fee.
Cancellations: For walks, cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance for a full refund or credit; cancellations made within 24 hrs will result in the full charge. For boarding or full day care, cancellations must be made 5 days in advance for a full refund or credit; cancellations made within 5 days will receive a 50% refund or credit.
For the safety of everyone, we close with the Boston Public Schools; no charge for such closures due to weather/city emergencies.
